The chaos and complexity of our modern world urgently beckons the new and different.
I move people to ignite the sparks of change.
Face the formidable unknown. Dare a fresh look. Cultivate courage, imagination and beauty. And joyfully reveal more abundant futures.
Dr Hayley Linthwaite | PhD Transformational Change
For over 30 years, I've made it my life's work to ignite the sparks of transformative change all over the world.
An experienced facilitator, coach, consultant, social entrepreneur and educator, I have empowered countless leaders and teams, facilitated multi-million dollar organisational change programs, founded social enterprises, and cultivated a community of global changemakers.
I integrate insights from the very edge of leadership research, transformation theory, learning design, arts practice, and neuroscience to create provocations — powerful experiences that move you to create change and build momentum towards your goals.
Spark meaningful change — in your life, organisation or community — through powerful, experiential programs and workshops.
Develop the leadership competencies and capacities that enable you to flow with, and purposefully shape a constantly shifting landscape.
Tap into new ways of being, accelerate transformation, and sustain momentum through embodied experiences and somatic practices.
I co-founded this social venture with Debra Driscoll to foster cross-cultural community connection in Kosovo, which expanded to activate 3000+ agents of change from 65+ ethnicities across 6 countries.
I established this not-for-profit volunteer organisation, co-devised with the Huli people of Tari, Papua New Guinea, which resourced self-directed projects to support stability, inclusivity, and well-being.
As part of my PhD, I explored how facilitated environments actively shape leadership, team and community development outcomes, as living, symbiotic spaces of change.
