Brisbane - The 360 Movement Labs are back!

PRAXIS is not a dance class. This is a movement ritual and rebellion.

Every fortnight, from October 13th, we gather at Metro Arts to come undone on the dance floor.

To sweat out the static.

To show up, drop in and let the body lead.

To remember what it feels like to be fully, dangerously alive.

No choreography. No judgement. No distractions.

Just pure liberation to an exquisitely mixed soundtrack and guided facilitation.

The space, the music, Hayley's voice, energy and the container for expression and healing that she created. I unfurled, experienced a spectrum of emotions and my awareness of self and others expanded.

Judit, The 360 Movement Lab participant

Part of The 360 Emergence Movement

In the face of the discomfort and chaos of these challenging times... The 360 Emergence beckons us to dance.

The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigour and freedom, individuality and the global collective.

Guided by live mixed music, The 360 Emergence experience offers participants a movement map for discovery, healing and actualisation.

A unique music mix and guided facilitation every week

What to expect

❤️‍🔥 No phones. No cameras.
Your body deserves your full attention.

❤️‍🔥 Sober. Present.
No substances required or desired. We’re wiring into our full power, filter-free.

❤️‍🔥 Guided, not choreographed.
Hayley holds the container, offers cues, and invites you to explore what’s been waiting for you… move with us, or do your own thing.

❤️‍🔥 Move how your body asks, regardless of how it looks.
Stillness. Fury. Joy. Surrender. It all belongs here.

❤️‍🔥 Share the space with others.
Enter in silence. Respect the room. Respond to the energy. Bounce together if invited.

Dance with us

The music selection and journey was amazing! I felt supported to allow myself to flow. It was a healing and rejuvenating experience that connected me with myself.

Is PRAXIS for you?

All are welcome here.

You don’t need to "know how to dance."

You just need to be willing to show up in truth, rip off the mask, and dance with discomfort.

You'll feel right at home if you:

❤️‍🔥 Know that something in you is ready to break open.

❤️‍🔥 Are tired of numbing, coping, or pretending everything’s fine

❤️‍🔥 Want a practice that strips away pretence

❤️‍🔥 Crave release, rupture, and realness.

❤️‍🔥 Are ready to meet your edge.

❤️‍🔥 Are itching to move...

Your facilitator

Every day, we dance on the razor’s edge between what is, and what could be. My life’s work is in the unlock – the crossing of that threshold.

I'm Hayley Linthwaite, creative provocateur for changemakers.

I believe the dancefloor is a vital training ground for self-actualisation, adaptation and resilience in times of chaos and disruption.

I am an accredited practitioner of The 360 Emergence, I hold a PhD in Applied Performance and have spent over 30 years igniting the sparks of transformative change all over the world.
